Curable Reducer (501PF) – can be added to any Excalibur Phthalate-Free Plastisol ink to not only drop the viscosity but also help improve the flow of the ink and help the ink clean completely from the screen mesh. Even though it can be used in any quantity the following precautions should be taken when mixing 501PF Curable Reducer into Excalibur Plastisols.
Low Bleed Additive (LBA) – Low-Bleed Additive greatly improves bleed resistance in Excalibur direct printing inks. Simply add 5% LBA to Excalibur direct printing inks by weight. Excellent results have been reported when this additive is mixed with the 533PF and 550PF Series High Opacity Inks.
Low Bleed Reducer (1501PF) – Low-Bleed Cureable Reducer can be used to adjust the viscosity of any Excalibur low-bleed ink without fear of diminishing the bleed resistance of the ink.
Opaque Mixing Base (550PF) – This is a balanced product and will extend ink volume, soften hand and make printing of high opacity inks easier without cutting opacity too quickly.
Transparent Mixing Base (505PF) – This is a balanced product and when opaque inks need to be printed on a light background. This base will reduce the inks opacity without altering viscosity too much and provide a very soft hand finish.
High Stretch Additive (HSA) – When printing on today’s nylon stretch fabrics and flexibility is required, adding 5% by weight of High-Stretch Additive (HSA) greatly increases stretchability of many Excalibur direct printing inks. This product should not be added to fabrics containing polyester.
High Stretch Adhesive (846PF) – 846 Adhesive has very high stretch characteristics and has a very strong bond to fabrics. 846 is ideal for tag less labels and athletic transfers.
